The SCB-03 – Secure Timer Controller with 3 Semiconductor Contacts for Flexible Safety Solutions

The SCB-03 is a versatile, secure mini timer controller that, with its 3 secure semiconductor contacts, enables quick, tamper-proof, and reliable shutdown of machines and systems in the event of danger. Thanks to its modern safety functions, flexible configuration options, and user-friendly operation, the SCB-03 provides a future-proof solution for a wide range of industrial applications.

The secure outputs of the SCB-03 can be switched with no delay, response delay, or dropout delay, depending on the configuration. The settings are made directly on the device using an intuitive push-and-turn button. The integrated display allows for simple, tamper-proof parameterization of the time functions. With programs Pr 00 to Pr 06, the SCB-03 offers great flexibility for adapting to specific application needs.

The SCB-03 replaces outdated pneumatic time relays and meets the highest safety standards. Typical applications include emergency stop systems, safety door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and the control of firing systems in continuous operation.
