The SCB-03 – Flexible and Secure Timer Controller with 3 Semiconductor Contacts

The SCB-03 is a universally applicable, secure mini timer controller that, with its 3 secure semiconductor contacts, allows for tamper-proof, quick, and reliable shutdown of machines and systems in the event of danger. Equipped with state-of-the-art safety technology, the SCB-03 replaces outdated pneumatic time relays and offers flexible configuration of the outputs.

Depending on the requirements, the outputs can switch without delay, with a response delay, or with a dropout delay. Configuration is conveniently done directly on the device using a push-and-turn button. The integrated display allows for simple and tamper-proof adjustment of the time parameters. Users can flexibly adapt the programs Pr 00 to Pr 06 to their specific needs.

Its compact design and easy configuration make the SCB-03 the ideal solution for emergency stop systems, safety door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and the control of firing systems in continuous operation.

Additionally, two versions of the SCB-03 are available:

• SCB-03-01 with 2 inverted switching signal outputs
