The SCB-03 – Secure Timer Controller with 3 Semiconductor Contacts for Flexible Safety Solutions

The SCB-03 is a modern and universally applicable secure mini timer controller that, with its 3 secure semiconductor contacts, enables quick, tamper-proof, and reliable shutdown of machines and systems in the event of danger. With its versatile configuration options and intuitive operation, the SCB-03 provides a future-proof solution for a wide range of industrial applications.

The three secure outputs can be configured to switch independently with no delay, response delay, or dropout delay, depending on operational needs. All settings can be made directly on the device via a push-and-turn button. The integrated display allows for precise and tamper-proof parameterization of the timing functions. The programs Pr 00 to Pr 06 provide flexible configuration options for diverse application needs.

The SCB-03 replaces outdated pneumatic time relays and meets the highest safety standards. Typical applications include emergency stop systems, safety door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and control of firing systems in continuous operation.
