The SCB-02 – Secure Timer Relay with Versatile Applications

The SCB-02 is a compact, universally applicable safety timer relay that can be used in a wide range of industrial applications. With two safe relay contacts, the device enables the safe and tamper-proof shutdown of machines and systems in the event of danger.

Thanks to its flexible configuration options, the safe outputs can be switched either without delay, with a response delay, or with a drop-out delay. The settings are made directly on the device using a combination of push-and-turn buttons. An integrated display simplifies the configuration process, allowing for tamper-proof adjustment of the time parameters. This ensures quick and easy adaptation of the control system to specific requirements.

The SCB-02 series also offers different versions, including the SCB-02-01 with inverted switching signal outputs. In addition to the two safe relay contacts, two signal outputs are available, which switch directly or inverted, depending on the variant.

Notably, the SCB-02 replaces outdated pneumatic time relays and provides modern safety functions that meet current standards. Certified according to EN ISO 13849-1:2015 and other safety standards, it meets the highest requirements for personal protection and machine safety.
