The SCB-02: Universal Safety Timer with 2 Relay Contacts

The SCB-02 is a flexible, secure timer that enables tamper-proof shutdown of machines and systems in hazardous situations. Equipped with 2 secure relay contacts, the SCB-02 can be used for monitoring emergency stops, sliding guard doors, light grids, interlocks, and combustion plants. The safety timer supports stop categories 0 and 1, making it suitable for a wide range of machine environments.

The control unit offers three configuration options (programs Pr 00 - Pr 02), allowing the outputs to switch with on-delay, off-delay, or without delay. The selection is made directly on the device via an integrated push/rotary button. The integrated display allows for easy and tamper-proof time parameterization, eliminating the risk of incorrect settings.

The SCB-02 replaces conventional pneumatic time relays and offers a modern, space-saving solution. It is available with plug-in screw terminals or push-in spring connections (TWIN version), making installation fast and simple.
