The SCB-02 – Secure Timer Relay for Reliable Protection and Flexible Control

The SCB-02 is a compact and versatile safety timer controller that, with its two secure relay contacts, enables the quick and safe shutdown of machines and systems in the event of danger. The tamper-proof control ensures the highest level of safety for both personnel and machinery.

A key feature of the SCB-02 is its ability to configure the safe outputs according to operational requirements. Outputs can be set to switch with no delay, response delay, or dropout delay. All configurations (Programs Pr 00 - Pr 02) can be conveniently made via a push-and-turn button directly on the device. The integrated display allows precise and simple parameterization of the timing functions without the need for external programming devices.

The SCB-02 replaces outdated pneumatic time relays and offers modern safety standards. Its compact design makes it ideal for use in a variety of machinery and safety applications, such as emergency stop monitoring, safety door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and continuous operation of firing systems.

Additionally, two versions are available:
