The SCB-02 – Flexible and Secure Timer Controller for Industrial Applications

The SCB-02 is a compact, versatile safety timer controller that features two secure relay contacts. This controller ensures that machines and systems can be shut down safely, quickly, and tamper-proof in the event of danger. This guarantees reliable protection for personnel as well as the safeguarding of machine functions.

The outputs of the SCB-02 can be flexibly configured so that they switch with response delay, dropout delay, or without delay, depending on the application. Configuration is done directly on the device via an intuitive push-and-turn button. With the integrated display, the time parameters can be set precisely and securely, preventing any unauthorized manipulation.

The SCB-02 serves as a modern replacement for outdated pneumatic time relays. Thanks to its compact design and simple handling, it is ideal for use in various industrial applications, including emergency stop monitoring, safety door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and continuous operation of firing systems.

The SCB-02 is available in two versions:
