Product Description:

The ZCode-PR is a tamper-proof, contactless safety switch that uses both magnetic and RFID technology. This dual-channel and diverse principle ensures maximum safety in machine and plant engineering. The switch can be configured as a Unicode version (activated only by a specifically assigned actuator) or as a Mastercode version (any actuator from the PR or LR series activates the switch).

The ZCode-PR allows the series connection of up to 20 modules to ZANDER safety relays or safety controllers without reducing the safety level. This reduces installation effort and increases efficiency during commissioning. The current switching status is signaled via a clearly visible LED indicator, ensuring that the system status is always easy to identify.

The ZCode-PR features a robust red PES (polyester) housing and is rated IP67 and IP69K, guaranteeing dust and water resistance, even under high-pressure cleaning. Typical applications include protective doors, sliding safety grids, and protective covers, even in areas with limited space.

With 2 contactless safety outputs and 1 signaling output, the ZCode-PR offers maximum flexibility and security. Power is supplied via DC 24 V (+/- 15%) with a maximum power consumption of 50 mA. The compact design (50 x 25 x 13 mm) and light weight of only 200 g allow for easy installation, even in tight spaces.
