Product Description:

The ZCode series safety switches operate using a contactless, coded magnetic system that provides a high switching distance and large tolerance for misalignment of the protective door. Activation is only possible with the included actuator, effectively preventing tampering. The current switching status is signaled via an integrated LED display.

The ZCode-TC features a particularly compact housing made of red PES (polyester), making it the ideal sensor for applications with limited space. Despite its small size, the ZCode-TC offers IP67 and IP69K (with M12 connector) protection, making it fully dust- and waterproof. This makes it the perfect choice for use in confined machine areas, safety covers, and hard-to-reach locations.

The ZCode-TC features 2 contactless safety outputs and 1 signaling output. With a maximum switching capacity of 200 mA at 24 V DC, it ensures the highest level of safety and reliability. Power is supplied via 24 V DC (+/- 10%). The short response times of 4 ms (power-on) and 6 ms (power-off) enable fast switching functionality. Its compact design (36 x 26 x 13 mm) and lightweight construction (200 g) allow for easy integration, even in tight installation spaces.
