Product Description:

The ZCode series safety switches operate using a contactless, coded magnetic system that provides a high switching distance and large tolerance for misalignment of the protective door. Activation is only possible with the included actuator, which prevents tampering. The current switching status is indicated by an LED display.

The ZCode-PC model features a durable housing made of red PES (polyester), offering high stability and resistance. With protection ratings of IP67 and IP69K (with M12 connector), the switch is fully dust- and waterproof, making it ideal for use on misaligned protective doors, sliding safety grids, and protective covers.

The ZCode-PC is equipped with 2 contactless safety outputs and 1 signaling output. It offers a maximum switching capacity of 200 mA at 24 V DC. Power is supplied at 24 V DC (+/- 10%) with a maximum power consumption of 25 mA. The switch boasts ultra-fast response times of 4 ms (power-on) and 2 ms (power-off). Its compact design (50 x 25 x 13 mm) and light weight (200 g) enable easy integration into existing systems.
