Product Description:

The ZCode series safety switches operate using a contactless, coded magnetic system that offers a high switching distance and a large tolerance for misalignment of the protective door. Activation is only possible with the included actuator, effectively preventing tampering. The current switching status is signaled by a clearly visible LED indicator.

The ZCode-MC model stands out with its robust stainless steel housing, which is specially designed for demanding environments with high hygiene requirements, extreme temperature conditions, or resistance to aggressive chemicals. With protection ratings of IP67 and IP69K (with M12 connector), the switch is fully dust- and waterproof, making it ideal for use in the food industry, chemical industry, and other hygiene-critical areas.

The ZCode-MC features 2 contactless safety outputs and 1 signaling output. The switching capacity is up to 200 mA at 24 V DC. Even in challenging environments with vibrations or temperature fluctuations from -25 °C to +105 °C, the ZCode-MC remains highly reliable. Its compact design (50 x 25 x 14 mm) and lightweight construction (300 g) allow for easy installation, even in confined spaces. Power is supplied via 24 V DC (+/- 15%).
