Product Description:

The ZCode series safety switches operate using a contactless, coded magnetic system that provides a high switching distance and large tolerance for misalignment at the protective door. Activation is only possible with the included actuator, effectively preventing tampering. The current switching status is indicated by an integrated LED display.

The ZCode-MC model stands out with its robust stainless steel housing, which is specially designed for environments with high hygiene requirements or exposure to aggressive chemicals. Thanks to its IP67 and IP69K (with M12 connector) protection ratings, the switch is fully dust- and waterproof. This makes it ideal for use in the food industry, chemical industry, and other hygiene-critical areas.

The device features 2 contactless safety outputs and 1 signaling output. The switching capacity is up to 200 mA at 24 V DC. Even under challenging conditions, such as vibrations or temperature fluctuations between -25 °C and +105 °C, the ZCode-MC maintains reliable performance. With its compact design (50 x 25 x 14 mm) and light weight (300 g), it can be easily integrated into existing systems. Power is supplied via 24 V DC (+/- 15%).
