The ZANDER deflection pulley is designed to ensure flawless and precise cable redirection. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor cable installations, enabling smooth cable guidance – an essential feature for safety-critical applications such as cable-pull safety switches.

The pulley is available in two material options: galvanized steel or stainless steel. The stainless steel version provides extra protection against corrosion, making it ideal for use in damp or hygiene-sensitive environments. With compact dimensions of 77 x 40 mm, the deflection pulley can be easily integrated into existing systems.

Specific mounting guidelines are in place to ensure operational safety: The entire cable length must remain visible and accessible. If a tension spring is used at one end of the cable, only one cable deflection with a deflection pulley is allowed along the entire cable length. These regulations ensure optimal functionality and increase operational safety.
