The pull-wire emergency stop switches of the ZLSE, ZLS, and ZLM series are specifically designed to secure extensive machinery and systems that cannot be protected with safety doors. These switches allow an emergency stop signal to be triggered from any point along the wire. Optional additional emergency stop buttons can be mounted on both sides of the switches for enhanced safety.

Installation Accessories:

• Eye bolts: For secure wire routing every 3 m and 500 mm before each switch.

• Deflection pulleys: For safe wire routing; entire wire length must remain visible and accessible.
• Mounting screws: 2 or 4 M5 screws for secure mounting of the switches.
• Reset button: For unlocking the switches after an emergency stop activation.

• During installation, ensure the green marker is visible in the indicator window to confirm correct wire tension.
