The WAGO 750-485 is a 2-channel analog input module designed specifically for processing 4–20 mA signals in intrinsically safe applications. It supplies intrinsically safe transmitters located in hazardous areas of Zone 0 and 1 and processes their analog measurement signals. The WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 must be installed either in Zone 2 or in a non-hazardous area. The 24 V supply is provided via the module's power jumper contacts, and the transmitter supply is electronically short-circuit protected. Additionally, the shield is directly connected to the DIN rail, ensuring reliable shielding. Status indicators include green LEDs for signal current (on/off) and red LEDs for wire breakage or measurement range overflow/underflow. Field and system levels are electrically isolated to ensure safe and interference-free signal transmission.
