4-port IO-Link master
Increasingly complex products, more flexible production and high quality assurance requirements require the use of intelligent, configurable and parameterizable sensors. The necessary, usually different interfaces for connecting to the control system and tooling are now elegantly standardized by IO-Link.
This means that process data such as individual bits, bytes and data blocks for input and output data, as well as acyclic data for identification, configuration, parameterization and diagnostics can now be communicated to the respective device (sensor and actuator!) at up to 230.4 kbaud via a 3-wire connection. The functions and performance
data are defined via device description files for the IO-Link devices and can be easily adapted via WAGO-I/O-CHECK or the WAGO IO-Link Configurator. If a device needs to be replaced, the configuration and parameterization can be restored automatically and without the intervention of maintenance personnel. Project planning, installation and operation are thus made much easier!
The module complies with the IO-Link test specification V1.1.3 from January 2021.
4 different IO-Link devices or standard digital sensors/actuators can be connected to the WAGO IO-Link Master 750-1657 at the same time.
The module provides all 3 connections for each of the 4 channels in a width of just 12 mm.
