The telephone switching relay TA3 enables the separate control of up to two external devices – for example, a siren and a strobe light – via doorbell signal. The integrated ring pause bridging can be individually adjusted for one of the connected devices to values between 0 and 9 seconds, allowing flexible adaptation to different applications. The device is designed for continuous operation and, in its weatherproof version, is suitable for outdoor use at temperatures from -20 °C to +60 °C. The IP 66 protection rating ensures dust- and waterproof enclosure, so the relay operates reliably even under harsh environmental conditions.

The electrical specifications include a ring voltage of 30–60 V at a frequency of 20–60 Hz. The contacts are rated for a voltage of 230 V and a current of 8 A, with a maximum power of 150 W or 2000 VA. Cable connection is made via three (four) M 16 x 1.5 connectors, securely fastening cables with a diameter of 5–10 mm.
