Application
Reelable rubber hose lines are
intended for lifting equipment, transport and conveyor systems where frequent winding and unwinding is required, particularly where the line is subject to simultaneous tensile stress and/or forced guidance, where there are high mechanical stresses, reel speeds of up to 120 m/min., in damp and wet rooms, outdoors, in potentially explosive areas and in underground mining.
Construction
Conductor: Tinned copper strand, fine-wire class 5
Core insulation: Rubber compound in accordance with VDE 0207 T. 20 cores twisted with short lay length, no core core
Core identification: Made of rubber compound, torsion protection insert made of high-tensile plastic in accordance with VDE 0293-308, inner sheath Outer
sheath: Rubber compound
Sheath color: Black
Technical data
Nominal voltage: 0.6/1 kV
Test voltage: 2500 V
Temperature range: - 20 °C - + 80 °C
(fixed on the surface)
- 40 °C - + 80 °C
(moving on the surface)
Operating temperature: + 90 °C (max.)
Maximum permissible static
permanent tensile stress on the conductor
20 N/mm^2
Minimum bending radius:
Flexible use in drum operation: Cables with outer diameter < 21.5 mm
5 x outer diameter
Cables with outer diameter21.5 mm
6.25 x External diameter
Flexible use with
roller deflection: 7.5 x external diameter
Flame retardancy: VDE 0482-332-1-2
