Overview
FMB225 is a water and dust proof tracker with internal high gain GSM and GNSS antennas, capable of collecting device coordinates and other useful data and transmitting them to the server over the GSM network.
FMB225 is developed on the existing Teltonika platform and therefore retains all the functionalities of FMB125 with an additional IP67 resistance to dust and water.
This tracker is dustproof and protected from the effects of temporary immersion in water. It can be mounted inside and outside a vehicle without fear that high pressure water, mud or dusty environment will affect its operation or performance quality. This is particularly relevant for the industries that experience harsh conditions, such as agriculture, construction and mining, and more.
The device is designed to communicate with various third-party RS232 or RS485 devices such as digital fuel sensors (LLS), Garmin navigation devices, RFID readers and much more. The dual SIM function provides a backup communication channel where the coverage of a single operator is not enough. FMB225 can perform tasks on remote objects, such as: Such as monitoring engine status, controlling truck door, etc.
It is only a small part of the existing functionality, but it allows FMB225 to be made even better.
