The Telegärtner MFP8 IE T568A is a field-terminable RJ45 connector of Category Cat.6A, specifically designed for use in industrial and DataVoice environments. It features a full-metal 360° shielding, ensuring reliable signal transmission at high data rates and in electromagnetically noisy environments. The robust zinc die-cast housing provides mechanical stability and protection against mechanical stress, while the pre-installed protective cap enables easy and secure installation. The 3-stage cable clamping ensures secure fixation of cables with a diameter of 5.5 to 10.0 mm, guaranteeing a stable connection and effective protection against tensile stress. The integrated 4-chamber wire manager facilitates orderly wiring and prevents wire tangling. The pierce contacts are suitable for solid conductors and stranded conductors, supporting conductor cross-sections of AWG 24/1–22/1 and AWG 27/7–22/7. The T568A wiring ensures compatible and standard-compliant cabling. Due to its design, the connector is suitable for round cables, but not for flat cables. The IDC connection technology allows for quick and reliable field termination without additional tools.
