Electrical choke SINAMICS line choke for the Power Module PM240 of the modular frequency converter SINAMICS G120. Line chokes smooth the current consumed by the converter and thus reduce the harmonic components in the line current. By reducing the current harmonics, the power components in the rectifier and the intermediate circuit capacitors are thermally relieved and the line feedback is reduced. The use of a line choke increases the service life of the converter. The line choke is available in a three-phase voltage range from 380 V to 480 V and for frame sizes FSA to FSF as a substructure component.
