It bridges longer power outages lasting up to hours and ensures uninterrupted system operation. The intelligent battery management automatically detects the UPS1100 energy storage units and ensures optimal temperature-controlled charging and continuous monitoring. The compact UPS1600 modules offer new possibilities for diagnostics and system integration. They can be easily integrated into the PC or PLC world via two Ethernet/PROFINET ports. The complete integration in TIA offers convenient engineering in the TIA Portal and is supported by ready-made function blocks for S7 and WinCC faceplates for fast visualization. The integrated web server and the SITOP UPS Manager also enable simple monitoring and configuration in PC systems, e.g. shutting down several PCs according to the master-slave principle.
