In combination with a 24 V power supply and a UPS1600 module, they enable the buffering of power outages lasting up to several hours. The battery module in lithium technology (LiFePo4) is characterized by constant power and voltage across the entire discharge range. Due to its high temperature resistance, it has a particularly long service life. The intelligent battery management of the UPS1600 charges the BAT1600 with the optimal temperature-controlled charging characteristic and monitors the status (operating data and diagnostic information) of the connected battery modules via Energy Storage Link. For longer buffer times, up to six battery modules can be connected in parallel. The device is mounted on a standard profile rail or by optional wall mounting.
