SITOP PSE201U buffer module Buffer time 100 ms to 10 s Dependent on load current The SITOP PSE201U buffer module bridges short-term power failures of up to seconds and ensures uninterrupted system operation. This supplementary module can be used with all 24 V power supplies from the SITOP smart or SITOP modular product lines. The buffer module has maintenance-free capacitors as energy storage and automatically takes over the 24 V supply if the mains voltage fails. The supply voltage > 20.5 V is signaled via an LED on the device. To extend the buffer time (max. 10 s), up to 8 buffer modules can be connected in parallel. The SITOP DC UPS modules offer protection against longer power failures. The maintenance-free DC UPS with capacitors delivers reliable 24 V for up to minutes and the DC UPS with battery modules for up to hours.
