The 3MT heat-shrink telecommunications connection and branch set FVAM is suitable for all filled and unfilled telecommunications and signal cables without compressed air monitoring. The set complies with the 'Technical Delivery Conditions of Deutsche Telekom AG'. The protective insert supplied serves as a water vapor barrier and to protect the cable splice from excessive heat and for mechanical protection. A coating with temperature indicator paint on the outside of the sleeve indicates the end of the shrinking process by changing color. A rust-proof locking rail prevents the sleeve from opening or warping during shrinking. The scope of delivery of the connection and branch set includes a heat-shrink sleeve with temperature indicator paint, locking rail, protective insert, shield connector and connection cable, cable cleaning cloth, emery cloth and assembly instructions. A branch system is not included in the scope of delivery.
