With the Modicon modular safety controller XPSMCM, safety applications can be easily configured and the system can be flexibly expanded with modules according to the application. This version 1 central processing unit (CPU) is the basic module that is required for every safety system on machines and systems. Expansion modules can be connected using a rear panel bus connector that must be ordered separately. This CPU order number is therefore particularly suitable for stand-alone applications without planned expansions. The supply voltage is 24 VDC. The module has removable screw terminals and has a width of 22.5 mm.
