The Modicon M171 PLC controller in performance version is designed for simple and compact applications in the field of HVAC machines and pump automation. Various interfaces enable networking, e.g. with BMS systems. The integrated display and buttons allow control parameters to be set directly on the device. The controller has a total of 3 integrated I/Os, 3 of which are analog inputs. An Ethernet interface for Modbus TCP and BACnet IP with web server is integrated, as well as an RS485 interface for Modbus serial link or BACnet MS/TP. Program download possible via USB-A or Modbus SL. Ethernet services can only be used with an optional communication module. A temperature sensor is integrated. The power supply is via 24 VAC / 24 VDC. The connections are made using removable screw terminal blocks (not included in delivery). Flush mounting or panel mounting. Programmed with free EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC software.
