The Modicon M171 PLC controller in performance version is designed for simple and compact applications in the field of HVAC machines and pump automation. Various interfaces enable networking, for example with BMS systems. The integrated display and buttons allow control parameters to be set directly on the device. A total of 27 integrated I/Os, of which 8 are digital and 6 are configurable (U/I/T/R) analog inputs, 7 are digital and 5 are configurable (U/I) analog outputs. Integrated Modbus SL interface that also enables remote downloading. The power supply is via 24 VAC / 24 VDC or 48 VDC. The digital outputs are designed as relays (2x 8A / 230VAC and 2x 5A / 230VAC). The connections are made using removable screw terminal blocks (not included in delivery). Mounted on 35mm top hat rail. Is programmed with the free EcoStruxure Machine Expert - HVAC software.
