Lexium SH3 servo motor. This SH3 series of AC servo motors has a low rotor moment of inertia, which enables high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 36.9 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 110 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 3600 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 5.2 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via M40 + M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. The motor flange is 205 mm for fastening. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and corresponds to protection class IP54. The motor housing has protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. The servo amplifiers from the Lexium series Lexium 52 & Lexium 62 are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
