Lexium SH3 servo motor. This SH3 series of AC servo motors has a low rotor moment of inertia, which enables high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. Thanks to the winding technology, a higher power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 10 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 40.5 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 3600 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 2.6 kW. The built-in encoder is designed as a multiturn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. The motor flange is 100 mm for fastening. The drive shaft has a diameter of 24 mm. The shaft end is designed with a feather key and corresponds to protection class IP65. The motor housing has protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. The servo amplifiers from the Lexium series Lexium 52 & Lexium 62 are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
