Harmony Control. This level relay monitors the level of conductive, non-flammable liquids (conductive measuring principle) as a limit switch. It can also be used to control liquid levels in a 2-point control system when filling and emptying. Conductive level electrodes are hung in the tank for this purpose. The measuring principle enables the distinction between liquid and foam. Two relay changeover switches are available for reporting, which can be loaded up to 8 A. The resistance value (250 Ohm-1 MOhm) can be set as a limit value and a response or switch-off delay can be set for the outputs. The settings are made using control elements on the front, which can be protected against changes under a transparent cover. With an illuminated scale arrow, the setting of the potentiometer can be clearly seen even from a distance. The diagnostic switch on the front enables the output relays to be switched off to test the entire application. When the transparent cover is closed, the diagnostic switch is automatically reset. Two LEDs show the status. The width is 22.5 mm and it is mounted on a top hat rail. The wide voltage power supply (24-240 VAC/DC) enables universal use. The cable connection is made via screw terminals.
