The device is a combined sensor for CO2, temperature and humidity measurement (relative humidity) and air pressure. In addition, the sensor has 5 inputs: 2 binary inputs, 1 input can be configured as a binary or analog input. 2 inputs can be configured as a binary input or as a temperature sensor input (PT1000, 10kO PTC, 2-/10-/12-/15-/33-/47 kO NTC). It is used to monitor air quality in meeting rooms, offices, schools/kindergartens, passive or low-energy houses and living spaces without controlled ventilation. The CO2 content of the air is a verifiable indicator of the quality of the ambient air. The higher the CO2 content, the worse the ambient air. The sensor provides the following data and controls for KNX: CO2, relative humidity, temperature, dew point, air pressure, VAV control, temperature controller. Together with the right actuators, it offers perfect ventilation and temperature control. The CO2 content of the air is a verifiable indicator of indoor air quality. The higher the CO2 content, the worse the indoor air. KNX software functions: CO2 control/sensor, relative humidity sensor/control/comparison, temperature sensor/alarm/control, dew point temperature/alarm, air pressure sensor, VAV control for two blocks, four digital inputs for switching, dimming, blinds, value, scene, switching sequences, multiple operation and pulse counter. There are two independent measured value thresholds for CO2, air pressure and temperature, one threshold for relative humidity. Actions are carried out when the threshold values are exceeded or undershot. Different parameters can be selected for the two different blocks for VAV control.
