This EIFE is an integrated Ethernet interface module designed for MasterPact MTZ drawout circuit breakers. It provides a single Ethernet access and receives all data provided by the MasterPact MTZ controller. The data flow is 10/100 Mbps for easy daisy chain connection via two RJ45 sockets. Connection to the EIFE interface requires a ULP communication port installed on the chassis of the MasterPact MTZ. The EIFE is mounted on the terminal block of the MasterPact MTZ chassis and connected to the ULP port via a ULP cable (not included). Power to the EIFE is supplied from the ULP port through the ULP cable. The EIFE is fully part of the EcoStruxure Power architecture and Ethernet enabled Smart Panels.
