A digital module is an advanced feature that can be loaded into the Micrologic X trip unit at any stage of the product life cycle. The digital modules allow you to customize the MasterPact MTZ circuit breaker to your specific needs. The digital modules are available 24/7 from the Schneider Electric GoDigital Store (godigital.schneider-electric.com). The digital modules are uploaded without power interruption using the EcoStruxure Power Commission software and a USB cable. This digital module assists the maintenance operator in restoring power by displaying all the information about the event and the circuit breaker. It helps the operator to identify the possible causes of the event, such as opening, manual or electrical tripping, or loss of power. He also receives indications of possible solutions to restore power. The benefit is to reduce the power supply downtime at critical load (Mean Time To Repair) following a trip, opening or loss of upstream power. The full benefit of the feature is achieved when installed together with the diagnostic and communicating voltage trip (MX, MN, XF).
