It is a single early break contact that indicates the position of the rotary handle for ComPact NSX 100/160/250 and PowerPacT Multistandard H/J circuit breakers. A early break contact (CAM) can be used in conjunction with a rotary handle to prevent the device from opening. The contact fits into the rotary handle unit. This auxiliary contact is a changeover contact with one normally open and one normally closed contact. The current rating is 6 A and the minimum load is 100 mA at 24 VDC. The usage categories are AC12/AC15/DC12/DC14. ComPact NSX and PowerPacT chassis can be equipped with an early break contact. It complies with the IEC 60947-5-1 standard.
