This is a shunt trip unit (SHT) used as part of the remote trip for EasyPact EZC100 circuit breakers. This SHT is powered by 380-480V AC 50/60 Hz voltage (Un). It is an auxiliary device used for emergency stop or remote opening applications. This auxiliary function will open the circuit breaker when the control voltage Un rises above 70% of its nominal voltage Un. It complies with IEC 60947-2 standard. The control signals can be of pulse type > 20ms or maintained. This installation of the SHT is an indoor mounting. The EasyPact EZC device can be equipped with 1 SHT auxiliary device (2 poles) or with 2 SHT auxiliary devices (3/4 poles).
