BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors has a medium rotor moment of inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, a very high power density is achieved in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.48 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 7.44 Nm. Its nominal speed is up to 7000 rpm depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent nominal power of up to 1380 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a multi-turn with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) as a SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via 2x M23 connectors, angled by 90° and rotatable. The motor flange is 70 mm for fastening. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP54. The motor housing conforms to protection class IP65. A holding brake is integrated. The servo amplifiers from the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
