VigiPacT RH99M is a residual current device for DIN rail mounting. It protects against direct or indirect contact with people, fire hazards and motors. It measures the leakage current in an electrical installation through its associated toroidal transformer. It trips the associated circuit breaker when the set residual current is exceeded. The operating supply voltage is 220/240VAC 50/60Hz. The current sensitivity is selectable with 9 thresholds from 30 mA to 30 A. The time delay is selectable with 9 settings from instantaneous to 4.5s. A local manual reset is required after a fault has been cleared. The monitored voltage of the distribution network is up to 1000 VAC 50/60/400 Hz. It is installed on a DIN rail in a control cabinet and has an IP40 protection rating. It must be connected to a compatible Schneider Electric toroidal or rectangular sensor type A.
