The SMS 2 is used together with the wind sensor SW 4 and the light sensor SL 2 for safe and convenient control of awnings or external blinds.
When the sun is very intense, the awning is automatically extended and when the brightness decreases, it is retracted again (this automatic function can also be deactivated). If the wind speed is too high, the awning is automatically retracted.
The SMS 2 also has a twilight function and a blind counter-rotation function integrated.
Buttons can be connected for direct OPEN/CLOSE operation. By pressing a control button for a longer period of time, the automatic shading function can be deactivated for a certain period of time.
