A 1 year Extended Hardware Warranty for your IMG 2020 500 -512 Ports with 3 protocols or more appliance can be purchased for your product at anytime as long as your product is still under the initial included factory warranty. By purchasing this 1 year Extended Warranty on the hardware you will receive the initial Warranty plus the extended 1 year warranty.
Also included with this purchase is an Advanced RMA which allows you, in the event of a hardware failure to have a new system shipped to you before we get the failed product back to our offices but you will need to provide a Credit Card to Sangoma prior to us shipping the replacement product to be used in the event that we do not receive the defective hardware back within 30 days.
In the event of a hardware failure of your hardware you will need to open a support ticket and get authorization for a RMA https://support.sangoma.com.
