The RSS-5524 B 48,3 cm ( 19 inch ) swing-frame cabinet is specifically designed for use in PA and sound system installations. It is perfectly suited for mounting 48,3 cm ( 19 inch ) modules, subracks, and front panels in accordance with DIN 41494. The frame is made from welded sheet steel profiles, offering maximum stability and long-term durability. Its rotating 48,3 cm ( 19 inch ) inner frame ensures optimal accessibility—even when fully equipped.

Thoughtful ventilation design includes a perforated upper rear section and an open 3U area at the bottom, promoting passive airflow. A wide 170° door opening and, for models from 30U upwards, a support roller, allow effortless operation even under full load.

Cables can be routed through the top, bottom, or rear, with additional mounting surfaces provided on the rear wall for accessories such as power strips. A lockable Plexiglas safety door from the RTS series (available separately) can be mounted quickly and easily thanks to factory-prepared mounting points.
