RAK Wireless WisDuo LPWAN Module
RAK4260H
Overview
The RAK4260 LPWAN module is based on Microchip's ATSAMR34J18B. It is a SiP device that integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU with a LoRa transceiver in a compact surface-mount package.
The SAMR chip offers a range of highly configurable peripherals (configurable as I2C/SPI/UART interfaces). In addition to the interfaces already mentioned, there is a 12-bit ADC.
It is a perfect solution for every LoRaWAN® end node developer. The integration of MCU and LoRa® transceiver reduces size and minimizes costs. Such a compact solution in a single package reduces time to market and enables rapid development and deployment for a range of scenarios.
The RAK4260 is a cost-effective and flexible solution. It can be used in a variety of IoT scenarios that require the widespread connectivity and long battery life of LoRaWAN®.
If you need a complete development board, you can choose the RAK4260 Evaluation Board, where the RAK4260 LoRa® board is pre-soldered in the RAK4261 and the RAK5005 development board is included.
