RAK Wireless WisBlock Environmental Sensor
Overview
The RAK1906 is a WisBlock sensor that expands the WisBlock system with an air quality and environmental condition sensor. A ready-to-use SW library and tutorial make it easy to build a motion data capture system.
The RAK1906 not only measures air temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. It also has a built-in gas sensor to collect information about air quality.
Combined with the RAK4631 WisBlock Core, the RAK1906 is a ready-to-use system for air quality and climate systems. The collected data can be sent via LoRaWan® communication, LoRa® point-to-point connections and BLE.
The RAK1906 is ideal for battery-powered applications because of its low power consumption. In addition, the WisBlock system allows the module to be switched off completely to further reduce the system's power consumption.
