RAK Wireless WisBlock temperature Overview
The RAK1901 is a WisBlock sensor that expands the WisBlock system with a temperature and humidity sensor. A ready-to-use SW library and tutorial make it easy to build a system to collect temperature and humidity data.
The temperature range of the RAK1901 from -40 to +125 °C allows it to be used in almost any environment. The temperature accuracy of ±2.0 °C is sufficient for most applications. Combined with the RAK4631 WisBlock Core, the RAK1901 is a ready-to-use environmental data collection system. The collected data can be sent via LoRaWan® communication, LoRa® point-to-point connections and BLE.
The RAK1901 is ideal for battery-powered applications because of its low power consumption. In addition, the WisBlock system allows the module to be switched off completely to further reduce the system's power consumption.
The RAK1901 temperature and humidity sensor can be connected to other WisBlock sensors, such as an air pressure sensor module, to form a weather station.
