RAFIX control devices are modular units consisting of several parts. In the RAFIX 22 QR family, they always consist of an actuating element, coupling and switching element, or of a light attachment, coupling and lamp holder. To assemble, the switching elements and lamp holders are first snapped into the coupling. This unit is then snapped onto the actuating element or the indicator light. To release, a bayonet lever must be operated.
For illuminated actuators and light attachments, please use a lamp holder / LED element as the middle element in the coupling.
Switching elements marked in different colors prevent confusion in the warehouse and when connecting: 1/2 break contacts = 1/2 red side covers
1/2 make contacts = 1/2 green side covers
1 break and 1 make contact = 1 red and 1 green side cover
Silver contacts = basic housing color black
Gold contacts = basic housing color gray
Lamp holder and LED element = completely black
The connections belonging to a contact pair are color-coded on the connection side and provided with contact code numbers: 1-2 = break contact, 3-4 = make contact
