Once you have tested a vertical mouse, you will not want to use a conventional mouse anymore.
The ergonomic mouse PERIMICE-513 L for left-handed or N for right-handers users prevents the wrist from bending", which you can find with conventional mice, by the vertical, upward opened position of the hand. The vertical ergonomic design prevents pain or even tendonitis caused by long working with the mouse. The mouse can be used preventively to prevent pain. If there are already complaints or overexertion such as RSI or "tennis elbow, the mouse is especially recommended because the hand can assume a gentle, straight position.

How do I choose the right size for my ergonomic mouse?
You simply measure the distance from the lowest point on the palm to the highest point on the middle finger with a ruler. Then you can see which mouse is recommended for which hand size:
