The tone generator features five different tones for accurate pair identification, plus Angled Bed of Nails (ABN) clips for secure attachment to cables. An RJ11 plug for easy connection to the phone or RJ45 data jacks for tone locating cable pairs are provided. Tests for continuity and polarity, with results displayed by clearly labeled, easy-to-read LEDs.
