The Moxa SFP-1G Series consists of high-performance 1-port Gigabit Ethernet SFP modules designed as optional accessories for various Moxa Ethernet switches. These hot-pluggable transceivers offer flexible transmission distances ranging from 300 meters up to 120 kilometers, depending on the model and fiber type used.

Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3z, the modules support Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) for precise real-time performance feedback. They include a range of transceiver types – multi-mode, single-mode, and WDM – and feature LC duplex or simplex connectors. Classified as Class 1 laser products according to EN 60825-1, these modules are ideal for secure and interference-resistant networking in industrial environments.

For harsh conditions, wide-temperature models are available, capable of operating from -40 to 85°C.
