Moxa’s 8-port RS-232 connection boxes offer a reliable and versatile solution for connecting multiple serial devices to a host serial board. Designed with DB9, 8-pin RJ45, or DB25 (male/female) connectors, these connection boxes are compatible with a wide range of serial devices.

Depending on the model, they connect to the host system using either a DB62 or VHDCI 68 interface. The front-facing ports come equipped with TxD and RxD LEDs to visually indicate serial activity. For environments requiring high electrical protection, the OPT 8S models provide advanced ESD and EFT surge protection.
