Moxa’s 8-port RS-232 connection boxes offer a practical solution for structured and reliable serial device connectivity. Designed to connect serial devices to a serial board, the boxes are available with DB9, 8-pin RJ45, or DB25 connectors on the device side and DB62 or VHDCI 68 on the host side.

Each model includes LED indicators for transmit (TxD) and receive (RxD) activity per port, and the OPT 8S model provides surge protection for harsh industrial environments. A 1.5-meter connection cable is included for direct attachment to the serial board.
